Ever dreamt of sharing the stage with rock legends? Here's your chance to turn that dream into reality! Join us for an electrifying experience as Rock ‘n’ Roll Fantasy Camp proudly presents a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity featuring the iconic Nancy Wilson of Heart, the dynamic DeLeo Brothers from Stone Temple Pilots, and the thunderous beats of Chris Slade from AC/DC. Jam with your musical heroes and live like a rockstar for four days in Los Angeles over President’s Day Weekend, February 15-18, 2024.

You will join a band mentored by one of our rockstar counselors and dive deep into the world of rock anthems, focusing on AC/DC, Heart and Stone Temple Pilots’ legendary hits, including Highway to Hell, Thunderstruck, Crazy On You, Barracuda, Interstate Love Song, Sex Type Thing and more!

You will perform one night at the legendary Viper Room and the final night at the iconic Troubadour in West Hollywood, California, performing live with Chris Slade of AC/DC.

The camp is open to instrumentalists and vocalists of all skill and experience levels. A few weeks prior to camp you will have a call with our musical director to help learn about you to place you in a band that is perfect for you. We will send you a song list to start rehearsing, and before camp begins you will be connected with your rock star counselor and bandmates to start further preparing for your camp experience. You will not only come out of this camp a better musician, but will have one of the most amazing life experiences and leave with friends for a lifetime.

Over the four days of camp you will experience band rehearsals, jam sessions, masterclasses with rock stars, Q&A sessions, live performances and more.

Over the course of camp you will:

  1. Rehearse with your band for your performances and headliner jams. You will get to play with each headliner regardless of which band you want to play more of you’ve chosen!
  2. Attend master classes taught by our world-renowned rock star counselors.
  3. Participate in themed jam rooms (a great opportunity for you to get to know counselors other than your own).
  4. Participate in Q&A sessions with our rock star counselors AND Special Guests, where you’ll hear the behind-the-scenes stories that only they can tell.
  5. Perform with Zakk Wylde and your camper band on Sunday night, November 12th 2023, at The Whiskey A Go GO on the Sunset Strip. You will also perform another show on Friday night at the VIPER ROOM .
  6. Enjoy all-hands-on-deck performances by our rock star counselors, and the opportunity for you to jam with them.

OUR GOAL IS FOR YOU TO BE BEST PREPARED... but if you don't have the time, don't worry... you will be fine.

We will be offering several masterclasses by our many Rock Star mentors a few months in advance on ZOOM that you can register for and attend that will give lessons on the music of the guest stars. These classes will be hosted by Britt Lightning, our Rock Camp Head Counselor and the rockstar mentors. These classes will be between 60-90 minutes and you will be able to talk live to the rockers . Britt has hosted over 160 masterclasses this past year. The cost for these will be $50 and you will be sent a list of the schedule. In addition you and your band will be able to Zoom with your rock star mentor 7-10 days in advance to discuss the songs you want to focus on to play with the guest star and songs for your live performance and maybe introduce some new songs.

WHAT HAPPENS AT CAMP:

Rock and Roll Fantasy camp is a fully interactive, participatory camp with a non-competitive atmosphere. There’s no audition here! Whatever your instrument—be it voice, guitar, bass, drums or keyboards, we will make sure you can make a meaningful contribution.
