Registration:
At registration, you will get an itinerary, swag bag and camper all access pass. Registration will take place at the rehearsal venue on Friday, November 19th between 3pm and 6pm. Registration only takes a few minutes and campers are invited to jam after registering before the opening night party begins at 7pm.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Marriot Hotel located in the Medical District in Chicago. Rooms are available for $199/night (includes breakfast). Music
Upon registration, campers will receive a short list of songs to learn before arriving at camp.

Master's Program:
Campers interested in being considered for the master's program will audition on Friday, November 19th between 4pm and 6pm at the rehearsal venue. The master's program is no different than our regular fantasy camp program. If you are placed in a master's program band, it is simply a guarantee that you will be placed with other experienced musicians. After auditions, campers are invited to participate in one of the many jam rooms that will be up and running before the opening night party commences at 7pm. Band placements will be announced at the opening night party!

Instruments & Gear:
We suggest you bring your own guitar or bass, however you will have the opportunity to borrow a guitar or bass from us to use during camp. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee any particular make or model. Cont.

All other instruments will be provided, including amps, drum kits, keyboards and PA's. All gear provided is excellent quality from leading manufacturers.

Dining:
Campers who booked their room at the hotel using the Rock 'n' Roll Fantasy Camp group discount, will receive a complimentary breakfast every morning. We will also have great lunch and dinner (for those who purchase the Headliner and up package) options available at the rehearsal studios. Vegetarian fare is available as well. In addition, coffee, tea, water, soda and snacks will be provided throughout the day to keep you energized!

Cancellation Policy: Written cancellations must be received 10 days before camp start dates to receive a full credit towards any future camp. Cancellations received less than 10 days prior to camp start date will receive a credit good toward any future Rock 'n' Roll Fantasy Camp, less a $250 processing fee. There are no refunds.
