No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entrants need not be present to win.
Entry:
Entrants may enter the sweepstakes by filling out and submitting the online entry form . Only one entry will be accepted per person. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Eligibility: This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules, the decision of the judges and voters and agree to accept all decisions of RRFC Enterprises LLC with respect to this sweepstakes as final.
Sweepstakes Period:
The sweepstakes will begin on October 15,2019 and end on October 18,2019. Potential prize winners will be notified by the email contact information submitted when entering the sweepstakes. If a winner is unreachable for 48 hours after the initial attempt to contact him or her, or is otherwise unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. All winners will be subject to verification and must meet all eligibility requirements before a prize is awarded.
Prizes and Odds of Winning:
The one Grand Prize is (1) headliner package from Rock and Roll Fantasy Camp™, with a retail value of $4,999; The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entrants. ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY.
General Considerations:
Appropriate prizes will be shipped to winners at the address provided by the winner upon notification of having been chosen. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers of the prizes are permitted. Winners are responsible for the payment of all applicable federal, state and local taxes. ESP may use information you provide to us in order to send you updates, such as notifications of changes to the terms of our services or information about our services and products.

Neither RRC Enterprises LLC nor any of its affiliates is responsible for printing or typographical errors in any sweepstakes-related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; or for transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. RRFC Enterprises LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, as determined by RRFC Enterprises LLC in its sole discretion.
