Building upon the enormous success of the Rock 'n' Roll Fantasy Camp which started in 1997, the corporate camp provides a truly unique opportunity for employees to work together and succeed as a team in an environment that will challenge them in a fun, exciting, and rewarding way that will stay with them for years to come.

The camp brings together employees of vastly differing musical abilities (including those who have never played an instrument before), and places them in a band setting in which they must work together to prepare a song(s) with the help and guidance of our Rock Star counselors. After a day of fun and team building, each camper band performs in a final concert for your company. At corporate retreats, a company will often give its employees a variety of leisure activities to choose from, including Rock n Roll Fantasy Camp. After going their separate ways, your guests will return to attend a final concert featuring your company's employees. Nothing is more thrilling than watching your colleagues step out of the boardroom and into the limelight!

After the camper bands perform, your guests will be treated to a show by the Rock n Roll Fantasy Camp All Star Band. Our All Stars will have everybody in the room on their feet singing along to every song! The RRFC All Stars were recently hired to play the SAG Awards Gala by People Magazine. HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS:

Step 1 - Setting the Stage
Our consultants along with your meeting planners will identify the goals you wish to achieve for your organization through this event. Based upon that, we can custom design a program that integrates the Rock 'n' Roll Fantasy Camp into your training, leisure activities, seminars, conventions, sales meetings, or customer workshops.

Step 2 - Forming the Band
We bring the Corporate Rock 'n' Roll Fantasy Camp to your event location, separate each group into a band in the rehearsal area, and prepare each band for the big show. All musical instruments and gear is provided; we will transform your hotel meeting rooms or convention center into individual professional rehearsal studios.

Our rock star counselors are ready to work with your employees. The counselors share their experiences working as a member of a touring band, where teamwork and cohesion are key. Our equipment includes the finest sound, lighting, and pro audio systems. We can also film the event to provide your employees with a record of their once-in-a-lifetime experience.
